Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Defective or damaged products.

• Incorrect items received.

• Printing errors that deviate from the approved proof.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom orders that were approved before printing.

Refund Process:

• Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Required documentation - photo of the damaged item.

• Refunds will be processed with 7-10 business days after approval.
